Hi, I’m Helča (pronounced Hel-cha), originally from the Czech Republic. With over 20 years in fitness and wellness, I’ve had the joy of helping people move better, feel stronger, and create balanced, active lifestyles as a personal trainer, fitness coach, and instructor.
My own journey with movement began early, and like many, it wasn’t always linear. I learned firsthand how easily striving for more can lead to imbalance and how powerful it is to return to a place of strength, sustainability, and self-awareness. That experience shaped my philosophy: fitness should support your life, not take it over.
When I’m not coaching or training at the gym, I love spending time outdoors with my partner and friends—trail running, hiking, camping, climbing, inline skating, and skiing. I also enjoy unwinding at home while baking. Traveling and discovering new adventures is another passion of mine.
