With a focus on proper form, core engagement, and functional strength, we’ll create a program that not only challenges you but also keeps you motivated and excited to move. Offering

Get personalized, 60-minute workouts in the comfort of your home or gym — no commute, no excuses. I bring the workout to you, so you can train in a familiar, private space using your own equipment (or mine, if needed) while staying consistent and saving time.

We’ll build a plan tailored to your goals, whether you're looking to gain strength, change your body composition, recover from injury, or enhance performance. With a safe and effective approach, we’ll get you there — and make fitness a sustainable, empowering part of your life.

I started working with Helca in May 2021 because I wanted to lose some unwanted fat and build muscle in my arms and back before my wedding in November 2021. From the very first session, I was impressed by her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for my goals. We trained together twice a week, and by June, I was already seeing noticeable results. Well prepared personal trainer, for the course of 4 months she had a routine that fitted perfectly with my needs and my life style, always caring about me feeling well during and after the training, results were visible a few weeks after the training started. I've never really enjoyed exercise. I've tried going to the gym, working out on my own and nothing really stuck. After getting some less than stellar health news, I decided to give Orangetheory a try, which is where I met Coach Helča. I didn't expect to be much more than a nameless face, but boy was I wrong. From that first workout it was obvious that Helča cared about the fitness goals of everyone in the class. With me she took the time to understand what I wanted to get out of the experience, offered a lot of extra coaching as I tried to figure out the workout and was extra encouraging on days I really wasn't feeling it. Helča has an infectious sense of positivity that keeps you motivated but she also knows how to push you to get that extra rep in. As my health has improved and got more comfortable with the classes, Helča has made a point to keep checking in with me, holding me accountable for my goals and finding ways to push my speed, endurance and power. About Me

Hi, I’m Helča (pronounced Hel-cha), originally from the Czech Republic. With over 20 years in fitness and wellness, I’ve had the joy of helping people move better, feel stronger, and create balanced, active lifestyles as a personal trainer, fitness coach, and instructor.

My own journey with movement began early, and like many, it wasn’t always linear. I learned firsthand how easily striving for more can lead to imbalance and how powerful it is to return to a place of strength, sustainability, and self-awareness. That experience shaped my philosophy: fitness should support your life, not take it over.

When I’m not coaching or training at the gym, I love spending time outdoors with my partner and friends—trail running, hiking, camping, climbing, inline skating, and skiing. I also enjoy unwinding at home while baking. Traveling and discovering new adventures is another passion of mine.
